Propell™ Q1

Propell™ Q1 is the first of SACHEM’s displacers for anion exchange chromatography for the purification of oligonucleotides.  Propell™ Q1 is specifically designed to have a very high affinity to the chromatography column and thus displace oligonucleotides off of your column at high concentration and high purity. Propell™ Q1 can easily be removed using SACHEM’s Regenerate™ products.

Propell™ Q1 is a polyanionic organic compound with low molecular weight (<1000 Da). It meets the high purity levels required for successful displacement chromatography. Propell™ Q1 is tested for contaminating endotoxin and bioburden.  The solution is ready to use upon dilution with suitable buffer.
