Expell™ Q3
Expell™ Q3 is the first of SACHEM's displacers for anion exchange chromatography. Used in high loading displacement mode, Expell™ Q3 displaces protein off of your column at high concentration and high purity. In addition, the purified protein contains only loading buffer. That means you can go directly to the next step with no additional processing. Only the last few fractions of the last component will contain Expell™ Q3 and that can be readily removed via dialysis or ultra filtration.
Expell™ Q3 is a polyanionic organic compound with low molecular weight (<700 Da). It meets the high purity levels required for successful displacement chromatography. Expell™ Q3 is tested for contaminating endotoxin and bioburden. The solution is ready to use upon dilution with suitable buffer.
